Melissa Magyar, RN

Melissa Magyar considers herself an artist and skincare humanitarian, helping restore youth and health back to aging and damaged complexions. Melissa has been working as a nurse in aesthetic medicine since February 2008.

As a nurse and certified specialist, under the medical directorship of Christina Wiekamp, NP-C, CNS, Melissa provides aesthetic consultations and medical injections including Botox / Dysport for wrinkles, lip augmentation for facial enhancement and smoothing lip wrinkles, Kybella for submental fat, and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) for facial rejuvenation. She also provides micro-needling and HydraFacial for improving overall skin quality and clarity.

Melissa graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2003. She worked as a marketing assistant for a prestigious dance theater in London, England, followed by a small publishing company in the twin cities until a visit to a dermatologist for her own skin inspired her to go back to school for nursing. She completed the Licensed Practical Nursing Program in December 2007, and obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing in December 2012. She has also attended the Syneron Candela Institute for Excellence and National Laser Institute, the most comprehensive professional training schools for laser and medical aesthetics, becoming a Certified Laser Technician.

Melissa prides herself on building trust and long-term professional relationships with her patients. With an artistic eye and skillful hand, she’s dedicated to providing the highest level of care and unsurpassed aesthetic outcomes.

Christina Wiekamp, NP-C, CNS brings nearly two decades of nursing experience and over 10 years in aesthetics. Her background includes injectables, cosmetic tattooing, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Known for her attention to detail and natural results, Christina combines medical expertise with artistry to enhance each patient’s unique features.
